Prescription Services

Prescription-related services offered through this Website, including EPS nomination, repeat prescription requests, and any private prescription services, are subject to the following:

• A valid prescription from an appropriately authorised UK prescriber is required before any prescription-only medicine can be dispensed
• We will process EPS nominations and repeat prescription requests on your behalf but cannot guarantee timescales or outcomes that depend on your GP surgery or another prescriber
• Information you submit in connection with any prescription service must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information in order to obtain medicines is a criminal offence
• Any charges for private prescriptions or private services are set by Healthcare Pharmacy and are payable at the time of dispensing or consultation, as applicable

Nothing on this Website should be regarded as an offer to supply a prescription-only medicine directly to the public. All such medicines are supplied only following an appropriate prescription and/or professional clinical assessment.
